Terms & Conditions

1. Your account

• Give accurate details when you register, including your real name, school and NIC number.
• One account per student. Accounts are personal and must not be shared or sold.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Students under 18 should register with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Identity verification

We collect your NIC number to verify your identity when confirming payments and to keep accounts to one per student. How it is stored and protected is explained in the Privacy Policy. We may refuse or cancel access if the details provided are false.

3. Payments

• Class fees are shown on each class page and are paid by bank transfer.
• Upload a clear, genuine bank slip. Access is granted after we verify the payment.
• Submitting a fake or altered slip will result in the account being suspended.
• Fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Class content

• All recordings, notes, papers and other materials belong to Suganda Kithulgoda and are for your personal study only.
• Do not copy, record, download (except where a download button is provided), share, sell or upload the content anywhere else.
• Sharing content or account access may lead to your access being removed without refund.

5. Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload or bypass the platform's security, access other students' accounts or data, or upload harmful files.

6. Suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the platform.
